James has over 25 years experience as a dealmaker, financier, and investor. He uses this experience to provide strategic advice to clients and leads our investment arm, Intrinsic Equity.

Toby joined the team in 2001. His work focusses on MBOs, MBIs and BIMBOs across a wide range of industry sectors, working closely with management teams in owner managed businesses.

Harriet’s corporate finance experience has seen her involved in a number of disposals, acquisitions and business improvement activities across a variety of sectors.

Helen is the office manager and PA to the partners. She also assists the rest of the Clairfield team with secretarial duties.
