Investment Criteria

Our equity investment size is typically between £0.25m to £2m to businesses with a broad turnover range of between £5m and £50m. We also have access to additional capital through our investment partners.

We are looking for businesses with a sustainable underlying EBITDA and the ability to scale profitably.

The market which the business operates in should have positive characteristics, such as size or growth, and the business should have a sustainable competitive advantage within its market.

We are interested in most types of transactions but particularly Management Buyouts, Scale ups, Transformational Capital, Corporate Carve Outs and Buy & Build strategies.

We are comfortable taking both minority and majority equity positions.

It is important for us to have a close alignment of interest with the management team and for the business to produce reliable information from which robust decisions can be made.
